Fabrika Eskisehir is a social center located in the old factory area of Eskisehir, next to the Porsuk river. The project aims to be an interface between the old - industrial area and the new - dynamic gentrified student city.

Following the road axis, a market street is formed that involve workshop areas and shops for the iconic historical products of Eskisehir. Using the same strip-like volumes, two strips intervine to become a social building housing exhibition halls, art classrooms and co-working areas. The lanscape design provides recreational areas to promote public to gather around this lake-side area.
